Our Training Plans
Frontline team members who join Kilkenny undergoes a nine month long training programme with development check-ins and performance reviews thereafter. Training opportunities are also explored to upskill our staff and every employee is provided with on the job development and coaching aimed to ensure you fulfil your potential
